juneau

Juneau is a 4-year-old brown tabby who was rescued as a feral kitten and had a slow start to life, affecting her trust in humans. She was rescued from an abusive home and sustained injuries, but now lives in a loving foster home where she enjoys playtime and treats. Learn more about Juneau and how you can sponsor her:

long-term care pool fund

Currently, we have over 40 cats in long-term care who need extra support. Some of these cats have been surrendered to VOKRA and have been with us for over 10 years, while others have been rescued from hoarding situations or the streets and are battling a long list of health issues. If you would like to help us in supporting these cats, you can make a donation to our long-term care pool fund.

barn sancutary cats

VOKRA manages a secure barn shelter where several feral cats, who couldn’t be returned to their original sites, are able to live out their lives peacefully with a warm shelter and enclosed outdoor access. Currently 20 cats live in our barn sanctuary.
