2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
VOKRA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:
Date: June 23, 2026
Time: 6:00-8:00pm
Location: Hastings Community Center: 3096 E Hastings St, Vancouver BC
This is an in-person meeting. There will be no virtual or electronic attendance options.
About the AGM
The AGM is an opportunity for VOKRA members to:
Hear updates on the organization’s activities over the past year
Review reports from the Board of Directors
Receive and review financial statements
Elect members to the Board of Directors
Ask questions and participate in the governance of VOKRA
VOTING
Only VOKRA members in good standing are eligible to vote at the AGM.
If you are not currently a member or need to renew your membership, you can do so here:

Membership must be active in order to vote.
Attendance
The AGM is open to all supporters of VOKRA. However, only members in good standing may vote.
We encourage everyone interested in VOKRA’s work to attend and learn more about the organization and our impact over the past year.
